The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure on-time delivery, and contribute to change adoption across HSBC.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience working in change environments across strategy, design (consulting), initiation and delivery.
• Industry experience in mid-sized organisational change and business transformation projects for banking.
• Demonstrated independent stakeholder management, impactful communication, and governance.
• Experience in banking operations, system transformation and Organisation Design (incl. M&A) projects.
• Proficiency in applying consulting frameworks, Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Propose innovative ideas and refine them with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and accelerate delivery.
• Align deliverables with the business area’s strategies and priorities.
• Design, establish and maintain project governance with clear sponsorship and tollgates.
• Manage scope, budget, timeline, risks, issues, dependencies, and benefits realization.
• Elicit requirements, refine and obtain sign-off from stakeholders.
• Plan and execute deployment activities including business readiness and post-deployment checks.
• Develop operating models and business cases to support change initiatives.
