Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a diligent HR Project Coordinator in Malaysia to support HR system testing, document processes, and develop training materials. You will coordinate Change, Communication & Training (CCT) across APAC, prepare leadership communications, and assist in organizing webinars and go-live activities.

Join a global technology leader and contribute to APAC HR initiatives with exposure to SAP, SuccessFactors, and other HRIS tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal English communications, seen by senior leaders.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for professional outputs.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
• Curious and proactive mindset; asks questions and takes initiative.
• Confidential handling of HR data and project information.

Responsibilities

• Support testing activities for HR Systems.
• Help maintain process documentation and training materials.
• Coordinate CCT initiative tracking across APAC using trackers and tools.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials, briefing decks and workshop content.
• Support organisation of training sessions, webinars and go-live readiness activities.
• Draft communication materials including email updates, FAQ documents and awareness notifications.
• Maintain action logs, meeting minutes and follow-up trackers.
• Coordinate logistics and scheduling for workshops, stakeholder calls and training sessions.
• Assist in preparing status reports and leadership update materials.
