Job summary

TT Vision Technologies Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia seeks a Business Development Manager to drive automation and manufacturing technology sales, build strategic client relationships, and uncover new market opportunities.

You will collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams, create detailed forecasts, and report to executives. A strong track record in automated systems sales and multilingual communication are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
At least 7 years of successful sales experience in automation, manufacturing technology, or related technical fields.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.
Strong understanding of industrial automation systems and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to speak in multiple languages (added advantage).

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to align sales efforts.
