Job summary
Monroe Consulting Group partners with a leading organisation in the Industrial sector to hire a Project Manager Technical Sales Automation in Malaysia. You will drive the development and conversion of automation sales opportunities through solution design, technical consultation, and proposal management.
The role demands 5+ years in technical or project sales within intralogistics or warehouse automation, strong CAD/MS Office proficiency, and fluent business English with local language skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical or project sales in intralogistics, warehouse automation, or materials handling.
- Strong knowledge of automated logistics systems and solution costing.
- Proficiency in CAD and MS Office; fluent business English and local language.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell automated solutions by delivering value propositions and fast responses during the sales phase.
- Generate order intake for automated solutions and manage proposals for customer projects.
- Design, conceptualise, draft, configure, cost, and prepare quotations for automated solutions.
- Coordinate with APAC Hub, automation teams, legal, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and cost estimations for solutions.
- Support handover and implementation with kick-offs and system specifications.
