TT VISION Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking an Applications Engineer to join our automation-focused team in Malaysia. You will set up automation and machine vision systems, calibrate equipment for quality control, and document processes thoroughly.

The role requires a degree in engineering and hands-on experience with robotics and assembly. You will diagnose issues, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement across projects, with opportunities for professional growth in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
Knowledgeable in machine vision, automation equipment, and robotics.
Experience in automation equipment setup, mechanical alignment, and assembly.

Responsibilities

Responsible for automation equipment setup, including installing, configuring, and aligning automation systems to meet operational requirements.
Responsible for machine vision equipment setup, including implementing and calibrating machine vision systems for quality inspection and process control.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including machine manuals, SOPs, FMEA, 8D reports, and work instructions.
