Job summary

GOLDBELL EQUIPMENT SDN BHD is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead Automation Transformation in Malaysia. You will open the market, establish partnerships, and build a new pipeline with support from SG HQ and group companies.

In this role you will run discovery visits, define the value proposition, attract system integrators and technology partners, and own revenue for the Malaysian market while expanding relationships across manufacturing and logistics sectors.

Qualifications

Experience in 8+ years of B2B business development, channel sales or enterprise sales in industrial automation or intralogistics focused in Malaysia.
Solid understanding of AMRs, AGVs, ASRS, conveyors and WMS/MES software integrations.
Proven track record of building strategic co-sell partnerships with SI, OEMs or automation consultants.

Responsibilities

Close new business with Malaysian clients and grow accounts, owning the revenue for the market.
Build and nurture partnerships with system integrators, dealers and technology partners.
Generate pipeline through group companies and direct outbound activity.
Run discovery site visits to understand operational flow and benefits of automation.
Develop compelling commercial cases for customer decisions and coordinate deployments with HQ.
