Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 10+ years of IT experience and strong expertise in Life & Group Insurance, including Indian Insurance and/or Takaful. The role collaborates with Product Owners, stakeholders, technical teams, QA and compliance to deliver web-based insurance solutions.

The candidate will gather requirements, prepare FSDs, facilitate daily Scrum, and ensure thorough testing coverage (SIT/UAT) across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT / Business Analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience in Life and Group Insurance.
• Experience with Indian Insurance and/or Takaful is highly preferred
• GROUP ASIA experience is highly preferred/required
• Experience with web-based insurance products
• Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Hands-on experience preparing FSDs
• Good understanding of SIT, UAT, system and regression testing

The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, technical teams, QA and compliance teams to deliver web-based insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities
