Job summary

The role emphasizes hands-on development and collaboration across cross-functional teams within a global IT services environment.

Ideal candidates will have 3-8 years of software development experience, familiarity with AS/400 environments, and exposure to RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, and DB2.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-8 years of experience in software development.
• Hands-on experience with Policy 400 (P400) insurance applications.
• Strong understanding of the insurance domain, preferably Life/General/Property & Casualty insurance.
• Experience with insurance policy administration processes.
• Knowledge of AS/400 environments is preferred.
• Experience with RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2 or related technologies will be an advantage.
• Experience in application support, enhancements, and production issue resolution.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job description

Experience with insurance policy administration system modernization.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Exposure to banking or financial services applications would be an added advantage.

Educational Qualification
