Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in application architecture and support, strong SQL and relational databases, Linux/Unix and scripting (Shell/Python), ITIL processes, and familiarity with Agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.

Qualifications

• Degree in CS/IT or related field preferred.
• 4+ years in application architecture and support in banking.
• Strong SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL).
• Linux/Unix environments and scripting experience.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, maintain, and support enterprise applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Investigate and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within SLAs.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with development teams for bug fixes and deployments.
• Manage configurations, patches, and upgrades in prod and non-prod environments.
• Document processes and knowledge for knowledge sharing.
• Ensure security and regulatory compliance during maintenance.
• Provide on-call support during critical outages.
