Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and enhancements for bank applications.
• Perform Level 2 and 3 production support.
• Conduct problem investigation: root cause analysis and fixes.
• Assess impact of changes and understand system design.
• Develop enhancements and fix defects in code.
• Manage risks and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with users to understand needs and issues.
