Job summary

Qualifications

• Application support experience across Java-based and .NET-based applications.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of banking IT environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide application support and enhancements for applications used in the bank.
• Perform Level 2 and 3 production support.
• Conduct problem investigation including root-cause analysis, solution definition, development and implementation.
• Understand system design and provide impact analysis for changes.
• Engage with users to understand needs and issues.
