Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance product management.
• Experience with Bancassurance or financial services partnerships.
• Strong analytics to drive profitable product iterations.
• Ability to build sales enablement frameworks and tools.

Responsabilités

• Define and drive the product strategy and commercial roadmap for the Banca channel.
• Architect and scale the sales enablement stream with tools, dashboards, and training.
• Lead deep-dive analytics into product mix, regional conversion rates, and channel performance.
• Manage relationships between internal product teams and external bank partners.
