Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia seeks an experienced Product Manager to own the ASB product line P&L, optimize pricing, and align strategy with Shariah and margin targets.

You will lead end-to-end product lifecycle with Agile and design thinking, improve digital channels, and collaborate with financing, distribution, and marketing teams to boost sales throughput and portfolio performance.

Qualificações

• Must have experience in ASB Product.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Development, or Secured/Retail Financing (Mortgage/ASB Financing), preferably from banking institutions.

Responsabilidades

• Take full ownership of the ASB product line profit and loss (P&L), managing net interest margins (NIM), yield optimization, fee income, product unit economics, and cost structures to meet targets.
• Develop and execute product strategies and dynamic pricing models aligned with value center targets and Shariah principles.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch using Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and design thinking to optimize digital channels and reduce customer acquisition costs.
• Own and coordinate the Instalment Revision Exercise, integrating ASB financing into the Mortgage Instalment Revision Exercise program for cost synergies and portfolio efficiency.
• Partner with HLISB Financing-i, PFS Unsecured Lending, distribution networks, and marketing to optimize sales throughput and campaign ROI.
• Perform deep-dive portfolio analytics, track metrics (P&L impact, adoption, revenue, usage), and benchmark against competitors using Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Incorporate customer feedback, predictive analytics, and FinTech trends to introduce high-margin digital features and ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, privacy, and Shariah governance.
• Lead and mentor Assistant Product Managers, driving an agile, P&L-focused culture and coordinating sprint execution.
