Job summary

Hong Leong Bank Berhad in Malaysia seeks a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the Bancassurance product portfolio and sales enablement stream. You will own end-to-end product lifecycle, optimize partner distribution channels, and design impactful sales enablement frameworks.

Reporting to leadership, you will drive strategic roadmaps, build scalable tools and dashboards for bank partners, and prepare for expansion with future team leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance product management within Bancassurance or financial services partnerships.
• Proven success in building product-led sales enablement strategies that drive frontline activation.
• Skilled at translating datasets (sales data, economics) into profitable product iterations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overarching product strategy, value proposition, and commercial roadmap for the Bancassurance channel.
• Architect, build, and scale the sales enablement stream with tools, dashboards, and training for frontline teams.
• Lead analytics into product mix, regional conversion rates, and channel performance to address gaps.
• Manage and influence relationships between internal product teams and external banking partners.
• Lay the groundwork for expansion with hiring, mentoring, and leading a dedicated squad of product managers.
