Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Bancassurance product portfolio and sales enablement in Malaysia. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle, optimize partner channels, and design high-impact sales frameworks.

The role requires 10+ years in insurance product management with bancassurance or financial services partnerships, and a proven track record in product-led enablement and analytics.

• Proven success in product-led sales enablement that drives frontline activation.
• Ability to translate complex datasets into profitable product iterations.

Responsabilités

• Define and lead the overall product strategy, value proposition, and commercial roadmap for the Banca channel.
• Build scalable sales enablement tools, dashboards, and training for frontline teams.
• Lead analytics on product mix, channel performance, and conversion to address gaps.
• Manage internal and bank-partner stakeholder relationships and grow the product stream.
• Lay groundwork for expansion, including hiring and mentoring a squad of PMs.
