The role focuses on creating targeted campaigns across bank channels, managing cross-selling initiatives, and partnering with product and insurance teams to tailor competitive products for key customer segments. Strong sales leadership and training delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in business development, partner management, or marketing within insurance or bancassurance.
• Deep understanding of General or Life Insurance products, underwriting principles, and distribution channels.
• Proficiency in sales reporting, data analysis, and pipeline management tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, launch, and execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns across bank channels to achieve revenue targets.
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with partner bank, branch networks, and internal business units to drive performance and cross‑selling.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within the bank's client base and strategize for high policy retention.
• Collaborate with product teams and insurance partners to create and market competitive insurance products for customer segments.
• Plan and conduct training modules and coaching for Bank Business Development/Sales staff to boost confidence and sales effectiveness.
