RHB Insurance Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager (Commercial & Corporate Bancassurance) to drive growth and profitability of the bancassurance portfolio through strategic development and client management.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver insurance solutions, manage renewals, and monitor performance, while ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and regulations.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, bancassurance, banking, or insurance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of bancassurance products and corporate banking landscape.

Mansioni

• Supervise department and ensure targets, budgets, and business plans are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Provide clients with insurance guidance, respond to enquiries, and manage renewals.
• Identify new prospective clients and monitor competitive activity.
• Monitor client profitability and adjust terms as needed.
• Collect premium timely in line with regulations.
