Job summary

BestWeb Technologies Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth by selling mobile app, website and software solutions to businesses in Malaysia. You will build relationships, identify opportunities and close deals with key decision-makers.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in sales, strong communication and a track record of hitting targets. The role offers a base salary in the RM3,000–RM5,000 range plus uncapped commissions and product training.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably B2B technology or services.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proactive in finding new clients and maintaining follow-ups.
• Able to manage opportunities independently and build relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking and referrals.
• Manage the full sales process from inquiry to proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Recommend mobile app, website and software solutions that meet client needs.
• Conduct client meetings, product demos and presentations.
• Prepare proposals and quotes and negotiate terms within company guidelines.
• Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain a structured sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasts to hit monthly targets.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to communicate client requirements.
