BESTWEB TECHNOLOGIES INTERNATIONAL SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks a driven Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to lead the Penang expansion alongside HQ. You will drive revenue across Websites, Mobile Apps, SaaS, AI and custom software, while building a high-performing BD team and expanding corporate client partnerships.

You will manage lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations and a robust sales pipeline to hit targets and grow market presence in the region.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management or Team Management.
• IT, software, SaaS, digital solutions or B2B sales experience is an advantage.
• Strong sales, leadership, communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate sales teams.
• Target-driven, proactive and commercially minded.
• Confident in handling corporate clients and business negotiations.

Responsabilidades

• Build up Sales & Business Development for our new expansion in Penang, with support from HQ in KL.
• Drive sales for Websites, Mobile Apps, SaaS, AI & Custom Software Solutions.
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, LinkedIn & outbound sales.
• Conduct client meetings, consultations & solution presentations.
• Build and manage sales pipeline, partnerships & business opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations & business plans.
• Achieve individual & team sales targets, revenue growth & market expansion.
• Recruit, train and manage Sales & BD team members.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts and pipeline conversion.
