Job summary
JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Malaysia seeks a Senior/ Business Development Executive (Project Sales) to drive new business in key sectors and manage project-based opportunities across Data Centers, Construction, OPE, and more.
You will collaborate with Sales teams, assist in product initiatives, monitor market trends, and plan branding efforts while ensuring strong after-sales support. This role requires a diploma, 3+ years B2B sales, ability to travel, and fluency in English and Bahasa
Qualifications
- Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development with project-based selling.
- Strong network with contractors, consultants, project owners or industrial end-users.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin a plus.
- Willing to travel for site visits and business development.
- Strong hunting skills to convert relationships into opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and project leads.
- Assist with product-related activities and initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and visit end-users for insights.
- Develop and execute product and branding strategies.
- Coordinate end-user visits and ensure coverage of territories.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and reports.
- Support after-sales service and customer satisfaction.
