Job summary

DHL Group is seeking a capable HR Services professional to join our APAC team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role focuses on administering HR services, data management, and process adherence within our Shared Services framework.

You will contribute to payroll, attendance, data administration, and reporting support across DHL Group’s global HR network, enabling business growth in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
• HR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Support administration of assigned HR service related activities with guidance from others
• Understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery
• Check for any issues/ errors during service delivery and highlight to Supervisor for action and rectification
• Maintain required data for HR service delivery e.g. enter employee data into computerized systems
• Scope of HR Administration/Shared Services includes HR Services, Administration and Non HR Services

Education

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose:
