Job summary

DHL Group, a leading global logistics provider, seeks an HR Services professional for its APAC Shared Services in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role focuses on administering HR services in line with guidelines and timelines, supporting data management, and ensuring smooth service delivery across regional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, HR certification is a plus, and has more than 2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• HR certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in HR/shared services

Responsibilities

• Support administration of HR service related activities
• Follow standards and timelines for service delivery
• Identify and report issues to Supervisor for action
• Enter and maintain employee data in computerized systems
• Support HR Services, Administration and Non-HR Services scope

Education

Bachelor’s Degree

Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
