DHL Group is looking for an immediate, full-time Payroll Administrator in APAC, based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. You will administer payroll processes across the APAC region, ensuring accurate, timely payments and compliance with guidelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree and up to 4 years of related experience, with knowledge of NZ and Australia payroll. Join a global HR services network offering development opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Administer payroll activities with accuracy according to quality standards and timelines.
• Process payroll including accounting, distributions, payments, benefits and taxes.
• Handle payroll deductions and variant salary components (overtime, shift payments, commissions).
• Check and rectify errors per process guidelines.
• Maintain payroll records per guidelines and assist internal/government reporting.

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose

Administer Payroll activities with the objective of accurate and timely employee payments in line with Payroll process guidelines, quality standards and timelines.

Your tasks

• Administer Payroll activities with accuracy as per set quality standards and timelines
• Conduct Payroll activities such as accounting, distributing and preparing payments, benefits, taxes, and
• Payroll deductions
• Calculate various components of salary such as overtime, shift payments, sales commissions, and bonuses
• Check and rectify errors as per process guidelines and precedence
• Maintain various Payroll records as per process guidelines
• Collate and verify various data and information required for carrying out Payroll processes
• Assist in reporting for internal use/ Government/ Compliance
• Receive and resolve Payroll related queries from employees

Your profile

Education Level

• Bachelor’s Degree
• HR certification preferred

Experience Level

• Possess less than 4 years work related experience in similar field, preferably in an HR Shared Service Centre.
• Knowledge of end to end payroll for New Zealand and Australia
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Able to handle high volume of work and adapt to changes
