Job summary

DHL Group, a leading global logistics provider, seeks an HR Services professional for its APAC Shared Services in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The role focuses on administering HR services in line with guidelines and timelines, supporting data management, and ensuring smooth service delivery across regional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, HR certification is a plus, and has more than 2 years of relevant experience.

• HR certification preferred
• 2+ years of experience in HR/shared services

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose

Support administration of HR Administration/Shared Services activities to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with HR Shared Services process guidelines, quality standards and timelines.

Your tasks

• Support administration of assigned HR service related activities with guidance from others
• Understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery
• Check for any issues/ errors during service delivery and highlight to Supervisor for action and rectification
• Maintain required data for HR service delivery e.g. enter employee data into computerized systems
• Scope of HR Administration/Shared Services includes HR Services, Administration and Non HR Services

• HR certification preferred

Experience Level
