As a Recruiter in DHL IT Services Cyberjaya, you will play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring top talent to support DHL's current and future business needs. Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across the organization, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, drive talent acquisition strategies and contribute to employer branding and recruitment process improvements. The focus is on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging innovative sourcing approaches and recruitment technologies.

What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for a portfolio of technical and non-technical positions.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to hiring managers, providing market insights and hiring recommendations.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Leverage AI-powered solutions, recruitment technologies and digital tools to improve sourcing effectiveness and hiring outcomes.
• Drive proactive talent mapping and market intelligence activities.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date ATS records, candidate documentation and recruitment reports to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Partner with universities, recruitment agencies and external stakeholders to strengthen talent attraction efforts.
• Support and lead recruitment projects, employer branding initiatives, assessment centers, and campus hiring activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring efficiency.
• Perform administration associated with the onboarding of new hires.

• Minimum 2-3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in shared services environments.
• Proven track record of managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and delivering quality hires.
• Strong experience in direct sourcing, talent mapping and stakeholder management.
• Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing techniques.
• Able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure.
• Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
