Job Description & Summary

A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of our people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience. You’ll help us identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure our curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.

As part of our Learning and Development Design and Curriculum team, you’ll help lead the design process for all PwC traditional classroom and technology‑enabled learning solutions. You’ll be working with subject matter specialists, programme directors/managers and project teams to strategise effective ways to educate and train our people on industry‑related materials.

Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in collaborating with business leaders to identify skills gaps and learning needs to support business goals.
• Help to implement L&D initiatives, evaluate and recommend learning solutions/enhancements.
• Design programmes using innovative approaches such as action learning, self‑directed learning, digital learning, blended learning, etc., with a good understanding of the ‘Future of Learning’.
• Work with internal and external providers to design and deliver bespoke learning solutions aligned to business needs.
• Deliver and facilitate learning solutions (with support from senior team members, where needed).
• Assess the effectiveness and impact of learning solutions by leveraging technology and using learning analytics to draw insight and make data‑driven decisions.
• End‑to‑end manage learning solutions, demonstrating proven experience in project management and the ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment.
• Manage regulatory requirements and reporting to ensure full compliance.
• Provide suggestions and execute process enhancements to drive efficiencies.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum 4 years of experience working in the field of Learning & Development, Consulting, Psychology, or Accounting.
• Excellent project management and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and stakeholders while delivering high‑quality work within deadlines.
