Job summary

Merican's F&B Group Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior/Assistant Manager HR Recruitment to lead end-to-end talent acquisition across our restaurant outlets and corporate roles.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates; coordinate interviews with HODs and managers; and provide recruitment updates and manpower reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Admin, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a senior or independent role.
• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to hiring.
• Source, screen and interview candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews, selections and offer letters with management.
• Monitor manpower needs for all outlets and departments.
• Maintain a strong candidate database and talent pools.
• Follow up on vacancies and recruitment progress.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess suitable candidates.
• Arrange interviews with HODs, Outlet Managers and Management.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment updates for Management.
• Prepare regular recruitment and manpower reports for management.

Senior/ Assistant Manager HR Recruitment

Merican's F&B Group Sdn Bhd operates three (3) restaurant outlets in Kuala Lumpur: Khan's Indian Cuisine at Bangsar South, Locarasa at Bamboo Hills and Bricks & Butter at The Linc KL. We are currently expanding our business with new outlets in Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar and Petaling Jaya.

We are now looking for experienced Senior/ Assistant Manager HR Recruitment to join our expanding team and grow together with us.

About the role
This role will mainly focus on end-to-end recruitment, manpower planning and candidate management for our restaurant outlets and corporate positions.

• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
