Nexpipo is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR operations for a growing F&B business with multiple outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, compliance, performance management, training, and workforce planning while partnering with outlet teams and senior management.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to oversee the full spectrum of human resource operations within a growing Food & Beverage (F&B) business with multiple outlets.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining effective HR practices across outlet and corporate operations, covering recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, training, and workforce planning.
This is a hands-on HR leadership role suited for an individual who is comfortable managing a fast-paced, multi-outlet environment and working closely with management, outlet teams, and business stakeholders.
HR Operations & Workforce Management
Oversee day-to-day HR operations across multiple F&B outlets and corporate functions.
Manage manpower planning, headcount requirements, workforce deployment, and recruitment strategies according to business needs.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, employee handbooks, and HR processes.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with business requirements and applicable employment regulations.
Recruitment & Talent Management
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for both outlet and corporate positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely hiring.
Develop effective recruitment strategies to support outlet expansion and business growth.
Manage onboarding and employee integration processes.
Employee Relations
Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary issues, grievances, conflicts, and workplace concerns.
Provide professional HR guidance to management and employees on employment-related matters.
Support investigations and disciplinary processes in accordance with company policies and labour regulations.
Promote a positive and professional workplace culture across the organization.
Payroll, Compensation & Compliance
Oversee payroll administration, compensation and benefits, and employee records.
Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions, including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and income tax.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and applicable Malaysian labour laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and records.
Performance & Employee Development
Drive performance management processes, including performance reviews and improvement plans.
Identify training and development needs across outlet and corporate teams.
Coordinate employee training, development initiatives, and engagement activities.
Support managers in improving employee performance and productivity.
Business Partnering
Work closely with senior management and department heads on HR strategies and workforce planning.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Support organizational changes, new outlet openings, and other business initiatives from an HR perspective.
Prepare HR reports and provide regular updates on manpower, employee matters, and HR performance.
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
Proven experience managing HR operations in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Retail, or other multi-outlet environments.
Strong hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and HR operations.
Good knowledge of Malaysian labour laws, Employment Act, and statutory requirements.
Experience managing manpower planning and HR operations across multiple outlets or locations.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and administrative skills with good attention to detail.
Proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is required to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Comfortable working closely with outlet teams, management, business partners, and other key stakeholders.
