SIGNATURE ALLIANCE GROUP BERHAD is seeking a capable HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across corporate, project, and site-based roles. You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates while coordinating with hiring managers and project teams.
You will support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, employee movements, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with Malaysian laws and company policies.
Manage the full recruitment process, including manpower requisition, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, offer preparation, and onboarding.
Source candidates through JobStreet, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Source and attract candidates for corporate, project, technical, and site-based positions across the Group, particularly within construction, interior fit-out, and contracting functions.
Work closely with hiring managers and project teams to understand manpower requirements and hiring needs.
Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and follow up on recruitment progress.
Maintain an updated recruitment pipeline and candidate database for current and future hiring needs.
Support the Human Resource Manager in the day-to-day HR operations of the Group.
Coordinate employee onboarding and ensure completion of required HR documentation.
Assist in employee movements including confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, and termination.
Assist in handling employee matters such as grievances, counselling, misconduct, disciplinary issues, and other employee relations matters.
Prepare HR letters, memos, notices, and other HR-related documents.
Provide general HR support and guidance to employees and managers.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian employment laws and company policies.
Keep updated on changes in employment laws and HR best practices.
Liaise with relevant government authorities such as JTK, EPF, PERKESO, LHDN, HRD Corp, and other authorities when required.
Prepare HR, recruitment, and manpower reports for management.
Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and manpower requirements.
Support HR activities for both corporate office and project/site operations.
Work closely with departments and project teams to fulfil manpower and HR requirements.
Assist with HR projects, HR system updates, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure adherence to the Company's Quality, Safety and Environmental policies, ABMS Procedures, ABAC Policy, Whistleblowing Policy, MACC Act 2009, and other applicable policies and procedures.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and ethical conduct in all HR matters.
Perform other HR-related duties and assignments as assigned by the Human Resource Manager or Management from time to time.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, with strong hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Experience in construction, interior fit-out, contracting, property development, engineering, or other project-based industries is preferred.
Experience recruiting for corporate, technical, project, and site-based positions will be an added advantage.
Good knowledge of general HR practices and Malaysian employment laws.
Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple vacancies, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively in Chinese (Mandarin), English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS and recruitment platforms.
