Job summary

Napier Technologies Limited seeks a Senior Client Account Executive to accelerate growth across Asia. You will develop your territory, build relationships with financial institutions and regulated organisations, and position Napier AI as a leading provider of financial crime compliance technology.

The role combines new logo acquisition with expansion of existing APAC accounts, including crafting compelling proposals and negotiating complex enterprise software deals with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in B2B SaaS or enterprise software sales.
• Proven success acquiring new logos and expanding revenue.
• Experience selling into financial services or regulated sectors.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Strong commercial instinct and prioritisation.
• Comfort with executive-level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own new logo acquisition across assigned Asia territory.
• Grow Napier APAC revenue through upsell and cross-sell.
• Deliver proposals, RFIs/RFPs and negotiate terms.
