Job summary

Amadeus Hospitality is seeking an Implementation Senior Engineer for Airport Solutions. You will lead technical deployments, act as the POC for large-scale projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth setup and handover to customers.

The role focuses on end-to-end delivery, from requirements gathering to go-live, with frequent travel. Strong English communication and domain knowledge in AMS/PPS are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of AMS or PPS and how they integrate in airport systems.
• Familiarity with network concepts (GWAN, LAN, DHCP).
• Experience with software development principles, Windows OS, and client/server architecture.
• Knowledge of version control systems and hardware/electrical components.

Responsibilities

• Lead as technical POC for large-scale implementations, overseeing installation, configuration and deployment.
• Develop and execute implementation plans with the Project Manager.
• Provide status updates, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Represent implementation status in governance forums and meetings.
• Own end-to-end delivery of customer-facing projects (software, testing, go-live).
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers, MSI, and third parties.
• Coordinate onsite activities including hardware installation and connectivity setup.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and drive closure with SMEs.
• Support pre-sales activities with solution presentations and technical discussions.
• Gather and document customer functional and technical requirements.
