Job summary

SITA is a global technology provider for the air travel industry. We are looking for an experienced professional to provide technical implementation and support across multiple modules, engaging with customers and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

The role emphasizes understanding requirements, managing deployments, and ensuring successful delivery within time and budget, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years’ experience in deployment or support of application software implementing systems and modules with experience of multiple full lifecycle implementations.
• Drafts technical documentation that helps the maintenance of application.
• Understanding IT security and its application to systems architecture.
• Good understanding of system integration and hardware.
• Experience with messaging platforms and web/server technologies.
• Experience with IT service management and governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Participate in User workshops to capture and understand customer requirements.
• Gathering, managing and analysing User/Technical requirements to design new application changes.
• Works with multiple stakeholders during project delivery and participates in all project meetings.
• Coordinates with the Implementation testing and support of application during delivery.
• Ensures quality solutions are delivered to business users on time and budget.
• Contributes to best practices and gains buy-in from stakeholders.
