Job summary

Amadeus is seeking an Implementation Senior Engineer (Airport Solutions) to lead customer-facing deployments of airport and passenger processing systems in Kuala Lumpur. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable implementations that keep travel operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• AMS/PPS knowledge required for airport/passenger processing domains.
• Understanding of network concepts (GWAN/LAN/DHCP) or willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with software development principles, Windows OS and client/server.
• Knowledge of version control systems and hardware/electrical components.
• Ability to communicate in English and collaborate across teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently to international and domestic locations.
• Engineering or related degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical POC for large-scale airport implementation projects.
• Develop and execute implementation plans with the Project Manager.
• Provide regular status updates and risk/solution recommendations.
• Coordinate onsite activities with customer teams and subcontractors.
• Lead end-to-end delivery including software, testing, and go-live.
• Support pre-sales discussions with technical insights.
• Validate interfaces and deliverables; liaise with SI partners and SMEs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams throughout the lifecycle.
