Job summary
SITA is seeking an experienced IT implementation and support professional to manage deployment of application modules and collaborate with multiple stakeholders during project delivery. You will capture requirements, design changes, and ensure timely delivery with quality and security considerations.
Role requires strong IT governance, ITSM, and technical writing, with hands-on experience in system integration, SQL, and messaging platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in deployment or support of application software
- University degree or equivalent in CS/Engineering/Math (or similar)
- Understanding of IT security and systems architecture
Responsibilities
- Participate in User workshops to capture and understand customer requirements
- Gather, manage and analyse user/technical requirements to design changes
- Coordinate with stakeholders during project delivery and testing
- Support implementation, testing and delivery of applications
- Ensure quality solutions are delivered on time and budget
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and best practices
