Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years post-graduate experience in civil infrastructure and pavement works.
• Professional registration with the relevant engineering body.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Consultants and Contractors to conduct first‑line technical reviews of civil submittals and consolidate feedback for endorsement.
• Oversee progressive monitoring of as‑built documents including reports, drawings, O&M records and asset registers.
• Witness and verify civil material and works testing in coordination with the Consultant and ensure compliance with approved ITPs and maintain test/inspection logs.
• Monitor civil works progress to identify technical risks, schedule delays or defects; manage NCRs and ensure remedial actions are executed.
• Act as technical liaison among Consultants, Contractors, and operational stakeholders to track RFIs and resolve site issues while maintaining project schedule and live airport operations.
• Ensure technical compliance and readiness for operational and regulator acceptance; execute ad hoc technical assignments as directed by manager.
