Job summary

Mentaris.Asia is hiring a Senior Affiliate Business Development specialist to hunt and close new partnerships with KOL agencies, content creators and online communities, growing our affiliate network in the digital entertainment space.

You will own affiliate acquisition end to end, test new partner types and channels, and grow into a leadership role as the affiliate function expands, all within a fully remote setup from home and Monday to Friday availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in affiliate marketing, content marketing, a KOL agency, business development or digital sales.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing new partnerships as a hunter.
• Able to analyse partner and market data to support business decisions.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new affiliate partners across social media, content creators, communities and other emerging traffic sources.
• Research and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, outreach and partner acquisition.
• Build and manage the affiliate acquisition pipeline from initial outreach through activation and performance assessment.
• Analyse affiliate and market data to identify high-potential opportunities and support acquisition decisions.
