Job summary

ADA is seeking a Growth and Partnership Director to lead affiliate marketing, livestream content, and strategic partnerships across B2B and B2C channels. Build networks, drive livestream strategies on platforms like TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, and negotiate high-impact deals to accelerate revenue.

This role requires 7+ years in affiliate marketing or digital growth with leadership experience, a proven track record of scaling programs, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital growth.
• Leadership/managerial experience of 2–3 years.
• Proven track record building and scaling affiliate networks (B2B/B2C).
• Hands-on livestream commerce and platform management (TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, YouTube, Instagram).
• Strong business development with experience negotiating partnerships.
• Experience managing a team and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
• Knowledge of performance marketing, KPIs, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Affiliate program leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate strategy.
• Identify, recruit, and manage high-value affiliates and creators.
• Optimize performance with KPIs and commission structures.
• LIVESTREAM content management: plan and optimize livestream events.
• Manage relationships with platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Shopee, Lazada).
• Develop business development partnerships to grow revenue.
• Negotiate high-impact deals with affiliates and partners.
• Establish monetization models for affiliate and livestream initiatives.
