ADA Data AI Commerce Solutions Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Associate to build and manage a high-quality affiliate/creator network across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada, driving brand growth and reach.

You will recruit, onboard, and guide affiliates; set monthly targets; manage community engagement; analyze performance; and coordinate with content and client teams to meet campaign goals while safeguarding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-quality affiliate/creator pipeline via TikTok Creator Marketplace, Shopee Affiliate Platform, Lazada Affiliate Program, and other channels to meet brand growth and reach targets.
• Set and deliver monthly recruitment targets by category/brand, ensuring the network scales in line with business objectives.
• Support the Manager in defining affiliate selection criteria based on brand objectives, product types, and target demographics.
• Develop content briefs for affiliates/creators, and lead onboarding and guideline sessions so new affiliates contribute to targets from day one.
• Vet creators against content quality, audience fit, and engagement-rate benchmarks to protect brand standards.
• Own daily engagement with affiliates through chat groups (WhatsApp/Telegram), platform community tools, or dedicated affiliate hubs, keeping the network active and productive.
• Maintain strong day-to-day relationships with Top 100 affiliates to ensure consistent postings, with the Manager owning escalation and strategic account decisions.
• Drive consistent content output across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to hit client sales and visibility targets.
• Resolve affiliate queries and escalations quickly to protect community health and output.
• Design and run incentive programs, contests, and training that lift engagement, retention, and revenue contribution.
• Identify high-potential creators and put them forward for partnership upgrades, expanding the pool of top-performing affiliates (by GMV, postings, views, engagement rate).
• Deliver weekly/monthly affiliate performance reports across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada - postings volume, GMV, conversion rate, performer tiers that inform client and business decisions.
• Segment affiliates by performance tier (top, mid-tier, underperformer) and track movement between tiers.
• Generate actionable insights to improve affiliate output and optimize ROI; identify trends and root causes behind performance spikes or drops.
• Track KPIs against targets and flag underperformance, anomalies, or fraud risk early to protect business outcomes.
• Prepare reporting in client-ready quality, giving the Affiliate Manager accurate data to present and act on with clients.
• Maintain performance dashboards using Excel and platform-native analytics tools as the single source of truth for the affiliate program.
• Maintain working knowledge of Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada affiliate mechanics - commission logic, onboarding flow, content rules, needed to execute recruitment and reporting accurately.
• Flag platform or policy changes that affect ongoing campaigns to the Manager as they arise.
• Understand client goals, campaign KPIs, guidelines, and budget requirements to inform recruitment, content, and reporting decisions.
• Support the Manager in developing affiliate proposals, number of affiliates, number of postings, potential GMV aligned with client objectives.
• Support contingency planning when affiliate or posting numbers fall short of committed targets, and coordinate with external agencies where the Manager directs backfill support.
• Equip the Affiliate Manager with the data, materials, and creator pipeline needed to win and grow client accounts.
• Coordinate with content/production teams on affiliate-driven livestream or video briefs across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada to meet client campaign goals.
• Escalate compliance, fraud, or affiliate-conduct risks promptly to protect client and business interests.
