Responsibilities

• Supervise verification counter staff and prepare bi-weekly duty rosters.
• Ensure insurance forms are submitted and verified, and scanned into HITS.
• Oversee admission unit, deposits, and topping up deposits; ensure timely processing.
• Produce monthly admission reports and bed census reports; monitor CMS/BMS usage.
