Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a diversified Malaysian business group based in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor, seeking a Senior Accounts & HR Executive. You will handle the full set of accounts and payroll, delivering reliable monthly reports and cash flow insights.

Requirements include a Diploma in a related field and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is preferred to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma in related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Multilingual communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL) and bank reconciliations.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Prepare monthly management reports and cash flow analysis.
• Monitor treasury and overall cash flow position.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax and statutory obligations.
• Maintain HR records, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers and authorities.
