Job summary

Marent (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an Accounts cum HR Executive to join our Kepong team. This full-time role combines financial management with essential HR duties, reporting to management and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

The successful candidate will manage accounts, payroll, statutory submissions, and compliance while supporting administrative tasks and coordination across departments. Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounts and HR.
• Proficient with accounting software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts; AP/AR; bank reconciliations; GL maintenance.
• Supervise junior staff and supervise HR duties.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
• Process payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements and Employment Act.
• Provide administrative support and coordinate between departments.
