Job summary

Talent Recruit in Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Accounts & HR Executive to handle full set of accounts, payroll processing, HR records, and compliance duties.

The ideal candidate will have Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting (or equivalent), 3+ years of related experience, and knowledge of SQL Financial Accounting and SQL Payroll; monthly salary ranges RM4,000–RM6,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum Advanced/Higher Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related working experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of SQL Financial Accounting and SQL Payroll is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial reports, cash flow statements, and assist in budgeting & forecasting.
• Handle treasury function and cash flow management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax filings, custom regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Handle monthly payroll processing.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR-related documentations.
• Responsible for any other ad-hoc reports and functions as and when assigned by management.
• Handle day-to-day accounting and HR operations and activities.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers and relevant authorities.
