Job summary

Goodnite SDN. BHD. is seeking an Accounts & HR Executive in Malaysia to manage daily accounting transactions, HR records, and payroll processes.

The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or HR, 2–4 years’ experience, proficiency in Excel and accounting software, and strong communication skills.

You will handle confidential information, support procurement, attendance, and statutory contributions while ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, HR or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in both accounting and HR/payroll is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with payroll and statutory contributions.
• Able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting transactions and data entry.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, receipts and other accounting documents.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist with monthly accounts closing and reporting.
• Prepare documents and records for HQ/external accountant.
• Handle staff claims, expenses and petty cash.
• Maintain proper filing and accounting records.
• Assist with stock and purchasing documentation when required.
• Handle monthly payroll and staff attendance records.
• Manage staff leave, MC, overtime, and attendance.
• Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
• Prepare employment letters and HR-related documents.
• Assist with recruitment, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
• Handle statutory matters such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
