Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking an Accounts and Administrator Executive in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role focuses on maintaining the full set of monthly accounts, payroll, and everyday administrative duties within a growing company that handles playground equipment and related facilities.

The successful candidate will have at least a Diploma in Accounting and 2 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with SQL accounting systems considered an asset.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting is required.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SQL accounting systems a plus.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Willing to grow with the company.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of monthly accounts and maintain accounting documentation.
• Manage day-to-day operating activities.
• Monitor cash flow and banking facilities transactions (e.g., banker’s guarantees).
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants and company secretary when necessary.
• Perform AP and AR functions.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure equipment arrives timely.
• Prepare monthly payroll and staff claims.
