Job Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Accounts Executive to take ownership of the complete accounting cycle. This role is critical in ensuring financial accuracy, managing month-end closures, and maintaining compliance for a high-volume manufacturing operation. Job Responsibilities

Financial Management: Manage and oversee the complete full set of accounts, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Reporting: Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and detailed management reports for leadership review.

Month-End Closing: Execute all journal entries and month-end closing processes, ensuring appropriate and complete supporting documentation is maintained.

Verification & Control: Rigorously verify invoices, payment vouchers, and claims to maintain strict internal financial controls.

Budgeting Support: Assist in the annual budget preparation process and provide data-driven insights for variance analysis.

Compliance: Ensure all accounting practices strictly adhere to the latest accounting standards (MFRS/IFRS) and local tax regulations.

Audit Coordination: Prepare all necessary schedules and documentation for external audits and serve as the primary liaison for auditors.

Requirements
