Responsibilities

• Drive net new sales and acquire new accounts for Support Services.
• Oversee management of complex client accounts and develop client relationships.
• Qualify opportunities and develop solutions for customers without existing contracts.
• Propose relevant solutions to drive new service contracts and cross-sell.
• Be the single point of contact for clients and resolve escalated issues.
• Work with multiple partners and report to a Sales Manager.
• Manage sales territory and achieve monthly quotas.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and negotiate in tough situations.
• Use data to identify opportunities and influence buying decisions.
