Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior sales professional to drive growth by managing enterprise clients and delivering end-to-end digital integrated solutions. You will act as the primary commercial and technical lead to expand business opportunities and secure major tenders.

You will manage and expand enterprise digital accounts, lead tender proposals, identify new market opportunities, and work with clients to define digital display and POS requirements while coordinating with internal teams

Qualifications

• Experience in selling digital solutions, LED, or AV projects.
• Strong presentation and communication skills with a corporate presence.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand enterprise digital accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Lead as the technical and commercial contact for tenders, proposals, and project delivery.
• Identify new market opportunities and pursue new business accounts.
• Collaborate with clients to understand technical requirements for digital displays and POS systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand enterprise digital accounts to achieve sales targets
• Act as the lead contact for technical tenders, proposal presentations, and project delivery
• Identify new market opportunities and pursue new business accounts
• Partner with clients to understand technical requirements for digital display and POS systems
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and execution of client projects

Skills & Experience Required

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Technical, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience in the digital solutions, LED, or AV industry
• Strong technical understanding of digital displays, kiosks, and system integration
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with a professional corporate presence
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas for client meetings as needed
