Job summary

PCA Group Sdn Bhd is an ASIAN based engineering group offering services in Corporate Signage, LED fittings, retail equipment maintenance, shop fit-out & POP, engineering services and environmental products. We deliver engineered solutions globally, with a focus on quality and on-time delivery.

The candidate will manage and grow key accounts, build strong relationships with decision-makers, coordinate closely with internal teams, and drive business development for various digital industry

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales in the Digital Industry.
• Strong communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• Own transport and ability to travel locally and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing key accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and be the main contact for customer requirements.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support throughout project execution.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Logistics, Procurement and related departments to meet timelines and quality.

The Job

Manage and grow existing key accounts by understanding customer needs, maintaining strong relationships and identifying opportunities for account expansion.

Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and act as the main point of contact for customer requirements, projects and business development.

Provide excellent customer service and technical support, including presenting solutions to new customers and supporting clients throughout project execution.

Coordinate closely with Engineering, Logistics, Procurement and related departments to ensure customer requirements, project timelines, quality and service expectations are successfully delivered.

Responsibilities

Manage overall sales activities, customer accounts, quotations, tenders and sales follow-up.

Develop new business by generating leads, approaching potential customers, conducting presentations and closing sales.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities while maintaining accurate sales records, pipeline updates and customer feedback.

Assist in tendering and support customer before and after sale.

The Candidate

Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales in the Digital Industry.

Good written and spoken communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Possess own transport and willing to travel locally and overseas when required.
