Job summary
PCA Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a high-caliber professional to drive sales of digital solutions including CMS, LED displays and retail technology. You will manage strategic accounts, translate requirements into practical, commercially viable solutions, and oversee end-to-end project delivery across local and international markets.
The role requires a strong blend of business development, solution design and project execution with travel as needed.
Qualifications
- Degree in IT, Electrical & Electronics, Engineering or related field.
- Strong commercial, project management and customer-facing experience.
- Exposure to POS, retail technology, AI, IoT or cloud solutions is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy with good understanding of CMS, digital signage, networking and system integration.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales pipeline, key accounts, quotations and commercial follow-up.
- Develop new customers and expand existing accounts.
- Lead tenders, RFP submissions, presentations and solution proposals.
- Prepare project scope, costing, implementation plans and schedules.
- Coordinate customers, suppliers, technology partners and internal teams.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, issues and deliverables.
- Support post-deployment service, maintenance and customer requirements.
