ZWSOFT in Malaysia and Singapore seeks an Account Executive to help accelerate regional growth. You will generate leads, manage corporate clients, and execute sales proposals across Southeast Asia.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing or related industry. Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

About the Role

To support our rapid business expansion in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dynamic Account Executive to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend expertise with business development, serving end-users in Malaysia and Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities across Malaysia and Singapore through proactive calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with prospective and existing corporate clients.
• Sales Execution: Prepare proposals, quotations, and support contract negotiations to achieve assigned sales targets and drive regional revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above, preferred in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Industrial) or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of B2B sales experience in the Manufacturing or related industry.
• Language Proficiency: Highly proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
